Refund policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted for incorrect, defective, or damaged products.

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting videos as proof.

  • *No unboxing video = No return / replacement
  • Returns or refunds are not applicable for change of mind, size/color preference, or simply not liking the product.


Return Process

  • Once a return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Courier pick-up will be arranged through our logistics partner.


Refunds

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to process.

  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.


RTO (Return to Origin) / Failed Delivery

  • If the parcel is not accepted by the customer, the address is incorrect, or delivery fails, RTO charges may apply.
